About
The Book

Conditions like ADHD and autism are whole body disorders, where the body affects the brain. When we address the body with good food and nutrition parents can see calmer, more focused children when they dial in the specific ingredients or foods that may be problematic for them. I have seen this time and time again in my own practice. My book teaches you what to be aware of, what to avoid, what to add in, and even has delicious recipes to take the guesswork out of cooking foods that heal rather than hurt.

10% of children today suffer from ADHD, over 6 million in the United States alone. This book shares  the scientific evidence that food and nutrition matters for those with ADHD, autism, and anxiety. Learn how to use diet and nutrition choices to help your child with ADHD or other special needs by getting this ground-breaking book. It explains WHY and HOW diet helps, and WHAT to do to get started to support your child’s attention and focus right now.

In this book, you discover:

  • Why nutrition helps (backed by 70+ scientific studies)
  • How the body affects the brain, and what you can do
  • Practical support and strategies for picky eaters
  • Meal planning for gluten-free/dairy-free and grain-free diets
